Bell River Beef is one of his long-standing projects: a premium beef program built on ethical farming, full-circle respect, and deep connection to land and animal.

Raised on the rich pastures of Bell River Farm in Wellington, NSW, this small-batch beef is finished on a unique high-protein hemp feed—a sustainable by-product of industrial hemp. The result? Unmistakable depth of flavour, natural marbling, and higher Omega-3 content. It’s beef that speaks for itself—clean, honest, and exceptional on the plate.
