The Big Boy range by Chef Nico was born in the Carne & Cucina kitchen, out of a simple belief: nothing should go to waste. Every part of our hemp-fed beef has a purpose — for food, for body, and for the land.
What started as a chef’s respect for the animal has become a range of honest, old-school products with real benefits. Bones are simmered into broth that fuels and restores. Fat is rendered into tallow — some for cooking, some for nourishing the skin. And when we’re done, even the spent bones return to the paddocks, feeding the grass that sustains the herd.

Our hemp-fed beef bones are roasted, then simmered low and slow to draw out collagen, minerals, and nutrients. The result is pure comfort and recovery in a cup — soothing for the gut, supportive for joints and muscles, and packed with natural goodness. Big Boy cooking tallow
Rendered from grass-fed beef fat, this is the original cooking oil — stable at high heat, rich in flavour, and loaded with vitamins. Perfect for frying, roasting, and searing, it’s how real food used to be made.

Big Boy body cream
