Working closely alongside Nico is his wife and long-time collaborator, Alex Coccia, whose expertise lies in wine curation, supplier sourcing, and front-of-house team development.

As a consultant, Alex designs tailored wine lists for restaurants, bars, and boutique venues—guided by flavour, balance, and story. With strong industry relationships, she sources wines that align with each venue’s concept, cuisine, and clientele.

She also offers bespoke wine curation for private events, weddings, and functions, working directly with clients to match wines to menus, budgets, and moods. From sourcing and logistics to staff guidance, Alex ensures every pour is purposeful.

Her services include:
