On Thursday, 6 November, Carne & Cucina invites you on a journey to Gallura, Sardinia — a region defined by sea, smoke and myrtle. This special dinner celebrates the honest flavours and traditions of Sardinia, paired with wines from Tenute Olbios, led by winemaker Daniela Pinna.
Known for her passion for Vermentino and her sustainable, 100% vegan winemaking, Daniela’s craft captures the spirit of her homeland. Our very own Alex Coccia has long championed female winemakers through Alessa Vino, sharing their stories and showcasing their wines. This night brings their worlds together — Sardinian food, heartfelt wines and stories worth sharing.
